Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

  • Every effort will be made to deliver your order as soon as possible, via UPS, using the address and information provided to us at the time of purchase.
  • Please note, that we do not personally handle the shipping or your order, we will send you your Tracking Number as soon as the Carrier shares it with us, which normally happens a couple of days after the purchase, then you will be able to track your order until it reaches your address.
  • Our policy offers a full refund within 25 days of your date of purchase
  • Additional Shipping fees (UPS / USPS: Next-day or 2nd-day) are non-refundable.
  • Returns with missing paperwork (copy) or products will not be processed.
  • Any returned items must be shipped to the listed address below:
  • For returns only, undamaged or un-altered and necessary paperwork included, earrings are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.
  • The customer shall be responsible for the initial cost of a RETURNED ITEM (VIA UPS, USPS, FED EX, etc.), the insured return recommended, and also the Tracking Number.
  • For GoDaddy, PayPal, and Amazon Pay payments, including all other major credit cards, please allow 3-7 business days for payment to reflect in your account.
